To place an order on this website follow the simple steps below:
  • Search and find the perfect arrangement for you.
  • Enter the recipient’s zip code to see your delivery options
  • Customize the message cookie and any other personalized information for the cookie.
  • Consider the option to add gourmet cookies to your order.
  • If it is a local delivery, you have the option to add balloons, plush bears, or candies.
  • Enter the delivery information and your credit card and billing information.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you within 1 hour. The confirmation email will include the delivery charges and applicable sales tax.
LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY

When entering the recipient's zip code, it will tell you if hand delivery is available

If we have a shop in the metropolitan area where your arrangement is to be delivered:

  • Your order may possibly be delivered that same day. The order must be received by 11 am (cst).
  • Your order will be delivered the next business day if it is received by 4:00pm.
  • Hand delivery is available Monday-Friday only except for Valentine's Day.
  • Our deliveries are guaranteed by 5:00 P.M. for businesses and 7:00 P.M. for residences.

Delivery charges range from $10.00 to $35.00.

SHIPPING POLICY

Your arrangement is carefully packaged and shipped via third party carrier (UPS or USPS). Each decorated cookie is shrink wrapped before placing it in the arrangement or basket.

Remember that our hand decorated sugar cookies must dry overnight before they can be wrapped for shipping. A limited number of designs may be available for same day shipping.

Our Gourmet Cookie Baskets are a great option for same day shipping.

While we pack and ship your arrangement to arrive on the date you choose, please remember it takes 2-4 business(M-F) days to arrive from our location. You will be notified via email that your cookies have shipped and the tracking number. Confirming the exact time of delivery for ground shipments is beyond our control.

Other delays may occur due to:
  • Inclement Weather
  • Holiday rush
  • No recipient response
  • Rural area constraints
  • Incorrect address information
GROUND SHIPPING      Allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery (UPS)
2 DAY SHIPPING Allow 2 business days for delivery (USPS/UPS)
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING Guaranteed by the next business day afternoon (3pm). Call for pricing

The day on which a package is shipped is not counted in the delivery days (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not counted as business days).

USPS does deliver Saturday packages at no additional charge.

If you want to ship your gift yourself, we will package it for an additional $10.00 charge to cover packing materials and preparation time.  

REFUND POLICY

Cookies In Bloom guarantee's the freshness and quality of every product we sell. If any product fails to meet your expectations, simply return it for a replacement or refund. Credits will not be granted for products that have been misused. Click here to contact the store.
