Cookies In Bloom guarantees the freshness and quality of every product we sell. If any product fails to meet your expectations, simply return it for a replacement or refund. Credits will not be granted for products that have been misused. If you are not happy with your item or there is any problem, please call the local shop that delivered or shipped the item. The processing shop will issue a call tag for the whole item to be picked up, or if it was delivered locally, they may pick it up.
Please contact the individual shop directly for resolution of all matters related to our freshness and quality guarantee; it is up to the discretion of the individual shop to make the final decision on issuing a refund, a gift certificate or a replacement.
